Not paying out on time


I made a payment request on July 27. The email I received stated that it would be in my bank within 3 working days. After 2 days still nothing. after having had contact with the chat and mail service 100 times, I get different answers every time: within 1 to 5 days. within 3 to 7 days. it's summer vacation so may take longer. etc etc... I called my own bank and they say the money should have been there by now but so far I still haven't received anything and they are responding differently to my messages.

this is what i mean.. above you say I will receive my money today or tomorrow. I receive an email that it has been forwarded. and via the chat I will hear again today or tomorrow you are so oblivious to your players that it doesn't seem reliable at all

best sugar casino. I have spoken to many of your colleagues and each colleague says something different. I also took screenshots of some conversations because I just don't understand anymore. the mail says 3 days.. the other says 5 days.. the other says 1-7 days.. the other says again that an investigation has been launched. till now i still have not received anything.. I don't know of any other casino that takes so long about payouts... and is so unclear after their players
