Never received my win and account closed

On September 26th, they verified my account and processed my withdrawal back to my card. 987$ of winnings. It's been 7 days since I received the withdrawal processed email.

Still no payment at all.

I also log in to the account today, and it displayed " account permanently banned "

Did they just steal my winnings ?
