More than 10 days since deposit and still not added to balance

Tried to make a small €20 deposit x2 on the 28th October, but deposit method was down so switched to Sofort. Deposited €20 and received an error, but funds were deducted from bank account. I went on to live chat and sent them the receipt and they said if it didn't clear within 72hrs, it will automatically be refunded back to my bank. The next day I sent an email with the receipt attached - still no response to date. Several days later no balance and no refund, so went on to live chat several times over the course of a few days and was asked the same questions over and over even though I gave all the info at the beginning of the chat. They promised me they would forward it to their technical team, but I haven't heard a thing.

During the whole process, I realised they are part of a brand I have constantly had these types of issues with; always chasing deposits, problems with bonuses being added and issues withdrawing.

They asked me to contact my bank, but there is nothing they can do. As far as they are concerned, I authorised the payment and it has left my account.

I don't understand what is taking so long. The funds I deposited should have hit their account either immediately, or one or two days at most so why is it taking so long to match it? I just want my money back as this is getting ridiculous.

I would like to attach some documents, but this attachment button is missing.

Following a careful review and consideration of your case, the AskGamblers Complaint Team reached the conclusion that, unfortunately, your complaint is not compliant with the AGCCS Guidelines, section Balance played off while waiting to be paid and, therefore, is being rejected. Please keep in mind that following all AGCCS Guidelines is mandatory.

Please keep in mind that while we could understand your frustration and disappointment of probably not being paid within the time frame specified by the operator, it is up to you to refrain from playing until the processing of your payment is being finalized accordingly. Instead, you kept playing and lost your balance subsequently which means that unfortunately, you will also lost the validity of you claim against the operator which led to rejection of the complaint.

And while we understand this might not be the outcome expected by the complainant, we would like to remind that in case of disagreement with our decision further assistance on the matter could be requested from the relevant regulatory body and/or appointed ADR entity.

Played through - lost it. Close my casino account immediately. I have had nothing but issues with your brand: lost deposits, wagering not being counted, documents being rejected. There is a reason why you have so many complaints.

And the saga begins (as I expected).... You now want me to play through the 60 euros before I can withdraw it. After waiting for two months to receive my money, that is simply not going to happen. I think you really have some front even suggesting that.

I have requested the withdrawal, so let's see how long it takes.
