Delayed Payment 384 Euro
Hey AG and Sugar,
I recently won 384.47€ and simply requested a withdrawal (I have done that before and received my money in 2 days). I requested this withdrawal on 16th of November so it has now been 11 days with no money received. Initially I did not even notice money was missing until I looked at my bank account and was wondering where the money was. I contacted live support which was not really helpful at all. They were telling me I would have to look at my bank tomorrow to check for the payment (It was sunday the 22nd so that was understandable to me). I gave them the benefit of the doubt and waited until tuesday the 24th and there was still no payment. I then formally wrote an email to them requesting details of the transaction in order to find what really went wrong. After I received no answer to that within 24 hours I decided to contact live support again. They said that there was some kind of "payment system update" and that I should wait a few more days. I did that and now I'm really tired of waiting so I'm opening this complaint. I later received an answer to my email simply stating they saw I contacted live support and got an answer there even though that was not too helpful information.
I attached some screenshots of messages between live support and me.
What I request from Sugar is simply more information about the transaction and when I will finally receive my money because I am a little scared of losing it.
I'm kind of disappointed about the support I have received from the casino directly so I want to make it clear im serious about this by opening this public complaint.
