JoyCasino - Stole 11100 euros and blocked my account

I signed up at deposited 10 euros and used the 500 % bonus. After meeting the wagering requierments I ended up winning 11100 euros by hitting a big win on game called dead or alive with a bet 3,60. Documents were requested and I did send them (utili­tyb­ill­,pa­ssp­ort,and proof of banking transaction) they were all accepted. Then the problems started each and every day they promised me over in live chat that the funds will be paid even the casino manager promised me that several times.Then after 1 week of fake promises they blocked my account without any explanation and did not respond to my emails or my questions in live chat . Altough 1 chat host called Daniel did respond to me at some point that they suspected me of having a duplicated account and they are prohibited to talking to me. The reason is pretty obvious they just did not have any proof and did not want to payout because of the amount . I am the only person who signed up trough my own laptop and IP I swear on my children lives . After winning the huge amount then few days later I did have few spins at my friends house who also has an account but that is not against terms and conditions:5.5. You may only open a single account at the Website. In all cases, only one account per customer, per household, per address, per shared computer and per shared IP address will be allowed to sign up and make use of Casino. Any other account you open on the Website will be considered as the "Duplicate Account". All Duplicate Accounts may be immediately closed by us and:

5.5.1. all transactions made from the Duplicate Account will be made void;

5.5.2. all stakes or deposits made using that Duplicate Account will be returned to you; and

5.5.3. any returns, winnings or bonuses which you have gained or accrued during the time the Duplicate Account was active will be forfeited from you and may be reclaimed by us, and any funds withdrowned from the Duplicate account shall be returned to us on demand.

Whoever has proper english knowledge knows it states that I did nothing wrong I even asked help from lawyer who could only confirm that I did not brake any ruled but it is out of our country jurisdiction so there is nothing he could do. For me this is a huge amount of money and over the years I have lost a lot . My account was not duplicated and I won fair and square .I did everything correctly they are just frauds I hope i can get my winnings and hope that the casino with their sister sites are blacklisted.

Ok so they will not respond they do not answer my emails and on live chat they ignore me . So askgamblers why curacao licenced sites are still not blacklisted ? Based on evidence that we received from a casino management, we could confirm that player breach casino's Terms and Conditions rule 5.5. Player's deposit was returned. We consider this complaint closed and resolved.
