Still waiting for payment $55,000


I won a total of $55,000 and requested my first payout of $2500 on 2/14/17 and remaining payouts on 2/16, 2/17 and 2/18. My first withdrawal was approved on 2/21 iao $2250, and the following 2/22: 1250,1250, 2/23: 1250,1250, 3/3: 1250,1250, and 3/16 2500,2500,2500,2500 all totaling 19,750....I received an email with each approval stating it could take 10-20 business days for a check to be issued and to allow 20 business days. I have been more than patient, contacting planet 7 just to get updates and clarity on how the process works. I've been given the same generic response that they've been behind on payments and my issue would be escalated and payment should be sent out soon but there isn't a definite time frame. I was told I could speak to someone in the withdrawal department, but when I call I get voicemail and when I tried to contact via chat, I was told they don't accept calls or chats and again my issue would be escalated. My first escalation was submitted 3/9 and I was told I would have to have each payment request escalated, but every time I contacted the customer service, they're continuously escalating the first payment request instead of addressing all my concerns at once. This is very frustrating and time consuming to have to constantly contact the casino only to be told the same thing each time. I'm looking for a resolution to have my $19,750 that's already been approved paid put immediately and the remaining $35000 that's been requested, but not approved as of today, paid out as well. I'm so sorry--I've been swamped lately. ;-/

I've checked your account and I do see that the missing payment was due to a technical issue on our end and it has now been issued to you: $2500(0.92) for transaction #74567663.

With that payment, there are no further withdrawals pending for approval or to be paid.
