Still trying to get paid after 33 days of "approval"


So I won a pretty big prize on Silver Oak on the slots, and my request for payout was submitted on 4-25-2017. As of this writing, i am still waiting on a payout.

My check was approved by management on 5-5-2017. No one notified me that I needed new documents on file, so I waited the 10 days and got no response about my check. I submitted new documents on 5-16-2017 and they were approved the same day. Since 5-16-2017 I had to wait 10 more days until I could have my issue escalated to the finance department for review.

Checks are cut on Wednesdays and Fridays i am told. 5-27-2017 and no check. 5-31-2017 and no check. Advised that they are busy paying out a lot of winnings, etc. 6-2-2017 and still no check. Today is now 6-7-2017 and I have no check, no tracking number, and no answers.

Please help.

Once again, I am not trying to bend the rules or make things worse than they are. You advised that my payment was in queue on 6-9-2017 to be processed. If checks are cut on Wednesdays and Fridays, than why was it not cut on the 14th or 16th of June?

As I originally wrote all this started on 4-25-2017 when I requested the payout originally. Why is it that your casino publicly posts a 21-28 day guideline for payments when reality is almost 60 days at this point?

I am honestly frustrated beyond belief as my check was approved on 5-5-2017, and documents uploaded and approved on 5-16-2017, As I write this it is 6-20-2017, a full month (and then some) after both my documents and check were approved for payout. I still have no updated payment status or tracking number at this point in time.

Please respond with some actual, verifiable information in the future. While I appreciate the response to my inquiry, we are now 10 more days along with no answers.

Your payment did go off to processing exactly when I stated it did. Tracking is taking a bit longer than anticipated, but my understanding is that it should be in tomorrow.

I understand your frustration--I'm doing my very best to keep up with everyone's issues and I can tell you with absolute certainty, your issue will be resolved.
