Still no payment as well as no response to my emails since Nov 7th. per below manager approval verifications. Spoke with Customer service cia online chat and they stated several times that the funds will take no longer then 30 days to arrive. Still nothing a long with no communication from them

I hope you had a Merry Christmas. Below is the most recent email that I received from The Finance team. The original email that I received after filing the complaint was on 12/20, asking for me to confirm how I wanted to receive funds and to send another utility bill. I look forward to hearing from you. I do think Planet 7 is one of the better online casino's out there, just needing some fine tuning on the payout processes.
