Still haven't received my winnings


I won 900$ in October and have been trying to withdraw my winnings. Finally after getting run around since then they approved it on March 23rd.
Still till this day they say it's processing. Every customer representative says something different. It's been past the payment timeframe and I feel like customers are not important to them unless giving them money. I feel like treating a customer this way is just down right wrong. I'm sick of feeling like I'm at their mercy. They have made this nothing but a living hell for me. I honestly don't know what to do at this point. Now they said they have no timeframe as to when they will send the check. Please help me. I have sent my entire past conversation with them below with proof of my winnings.
