I’ve depostied thousands of dollars over the last couple of months on tangiers casino, first time I’ve ever decided to withdraw my winnings of 1,200 dollars Australian money and I still havnt heard back from anyone in accounting and all I get told is check back the following day. I was told within 72 hours at the maximum I’d here back from accounting and then 24 hours from their I’d have my money. I started the withdrawal process on the 15th messaged live chat they said by Tuesday the 17th someone in accounting would get back to me and guess what still nothing!!! I depostied the money with no bonus so I know I’m 100% intilted to my money as I never ever play with bonuses always cash! My accounts been approved and supplied all documents so it’s all been verified and I also have emailed accounting numerous times with the details they have asked for and still nothing! Am I ever actually going to see my money or is it going to be like everyone else that I’ve seen complain on or about this website with them not receiving their money or never on time! Can someone please get back to me because I’m finding this all very unfair that no ones getting back to me. And everyone on chat tells me check back another day! Wait for managemt! I’m getting beyond frustrated and just want my money.

Please note that we have investigated the situation and found that our Accounting team was not able to issue the payment for the request made on the 15th of April due to a missing document, however the missing document you subsequently sent has been approved and currently, your account has all the documents needed.
We've also noticed that after your received the confirmation regarding the approved documents, you've made the request two more times, however each time you cancelled the payout request.
