I was approved for a $2400 withdrawal on 1/5/17. I submitted my documents multiple times and spoke with customer service on 1/19, 1/25 and again on 2/4/17 - I was told that everything had been confirmed and should receive my $2400 check in about 2 weeks. It is now 3/6/17 and I still have not received payment! I have tried calling customer service again, but cannot get past the "our agents are busy" message. I have also contacted them through live chat. Two weeks ago, they stated they would escalate it to finance. I chattex with them again last week and was told again it would get escalated to finance. Please help, I don't seem to be getting anywhere and cannot get a straight answer from royal ace.
