Hello, I wanted to withdraw part of my account after winning. 3x400€ on 02.02. Today is 10th of February. I've been waiting for my wire transfer withdrawal to be processed for 8 days. Officially it may take 5-7 days, but 8 days is too long. Why does the processing take so long? How much longer will it take?

2023-02-03 08:00 GMT+0 The financial department asked you to send us the documents to verify your account.
Unfortunately, nothing was received from you for several days. The Finance Department was duplicating their requests for documents to your e-mail address indicated when you registered your account at: joshua.schumm@web.de.
2023-02-10 15:39 GMT+0 According to your chat request you were provided with the list of documents that you have to present in order to verify your account.
This list is also repeatedly duplicated to your email by the financial department.
