Dear Askgamblers team,
Stelario Casino flat out refuses to close my account, saying that they did not find a significant reason to do so... I told them that the current deposit methods are insufficient for me. I have never come across a casino that flat out refuses such a request and called it insignificant.
Please help me so my account there can be closed.

Yes. I am no longer a customer of Stelario Casino. Praise the lord for that. My point is, that my initial request should have been more than enough to close my account. As you can see in my mailing history, i even supplied more reasons (which i shouldnt have been forced to). Let me sum them up for you right now:
- The deposit methods dont fit my needs
-The site is very very bad (This may have been influenced by you denying my request)
-I dont like this site // the offers presented on this site are not good enough
-I dont like the user interface and the offers are not good enough (again)
Those are the reasons i gave you in chronological order. And even after those reasons you still denied my request (as can be seen in your responde labeled with 4.)
I closed many many casino accounts and one reason was always more than enough. I stand by it. If it wasnt for this AskGamblers complaint, my account would still be active and i would have to be forced to write to your "Support".
I just want people to see that it´s very risky to play at your casino. Who knows what problems may arise, if a simply matter such as closing an account proves to be this difficult.

Technical support from you more than once tried to clarify the reason for blocking the game account according to the rules of the project with which you agreed at registration.
