The casino refuses to pay out.
A week ago I applied for 1200€ (3x 400€) to be paid out. but nothing happens, no answer from the financial support ([email protected]) yesterday they set one on „processing“ but nothing happens til now. I wait for 1600€ from Stelario now.
I am a Player from Germany but here is Stelario available only in English. Play without Bonus and I am verified.

According to the rules of the project, namely, point 9.2:
- Stelario has the right to determine its own payment and withdrawal terms and maximum and minimum withdrawal amount for each procedure, which may differ depending on the withdrawal method, account status and other possible factors affecting the withdrawal process.
All your requests for withdrawal are processed according to the rules of the project according to the activity of your game account.
An individual withdrawal schedule has been sent to you according to your account activity.
At the moment the amount of paid out funds is 400 EUR, and you have 1 active withdrawal requests for a total amount of 400 EUR.
Average time of receipt of funds to the bank account after the withdrawal is 1-4 working bank days. Unfortunately, we can not affect this time frame.
