Deposit taken from account but not credited

A deposit of 50€ made on 13th March and withdrawn from my account on the 15th March.

I contacted the casino several times with proof of this, but the casino says they did not receive the money and that I should contact the bank. my bank says money is sent, nothing to do about it. I simply ask the casino to refund the 50€.

Even if they cannot find the deposit, the risk should be on their side, not on mine. I simply one of their payment systems in their site. the casino should take the responsibility for those and refund the 50€
