Deposit never arrived in my account

Good day,

I made a deposit through "Bitpace". In litecoin.
The amount was a little too low because of the fees, so the system showed me that I still have to pay something, so I did and waited.

After about 20 minutes, the message appeared that the payment had expired.

Thereupon I contacted the chat but only referred to the financial department. The department I sent my screenshots of payments from my wallet that never arrived.

The next day I received a reply that everything had been posted in my account but nothing ever arrived.
Since then, the support no longer responds to my emails.
Nothing is done to solve the problem.
The fact is that the amounts have arrived on the wallet at Stelario, but they must be credited manually.

I hope askgamblers can help me.

We have reviewed your complaint regarding your deposit in detail.
On 2022-11-01 you tried to deposit 25EUR into your gaming account using the Bitpace payment method.
Your deposit was not credited to your game account and you contacted the finance department to verify your deposit information.
The financial department has checked the information on your deposit. The amount of your deposit was not received in our casino account, for this reason, and was not credited to your gaming account.
You have been notified about this. Also on 2022-11-01 was initiated check on your appeal. Representatives of Bitpace payment system reported that due to an error with the exchange rate, your deposit was frozen.
The error has been corrected and the amount of your deposit has been successfully added to your gaming account on 2022-11-04 in the amount of 25EUR.
