Blocked account, canceled withdrawals

Hello

My account at Stelario was closed because I apparently violated the terms and conditions. I seem to have canceled or withdrawn deposits.

I've paid in and paid out there several times. Now I wanted to deposit by bank transfer as always, and an error message came up. Support said there were problems at the moment and I should use a different method.

Bank transfer and credit card did not work, there was always an error message. Tried Ezeewallet, and money was booked from the account and transferred to the casino. Strangely enough, the money was not credited there. Support said that sometimes it would take longer.

Then I logged out, when I wanted to log in again later, my account was blocked. When asked why I was told to wait for an email.

An email came with a payment plan where three payouts were still open, one of which was still made. Then another email with this alleged violation, and the notice that my account has been closed and the two open winnings with 600 € have been canceled. I have just tried different payment methods, but have not canceled or withdrawn anything.

What I find strange is that the button for the bank transfer suddenly disappeared.

Maybe you can help me.

I checked with the finance department and the Risk Department for all the details regarding your login.

You have requested a chargeback of your deposits, for this reason your account has been blocked without the right to withdraw funds.


By doing so, you have broken the rules of the project:

13.3. In the case, if:

- we have strong reasons to believe that you have taken part in or have been connected with any form of Prohibited Practice (any fraud, cheating, collusion and else Prohibited Practice);

- you have "charged back" or denied any of the purchases or deposits that you made to your account;


We have received several requests chargeback from the payment system. (screenshots are attached).
