I won more than 6000 euros in Stelario. I made withdrawals and after come e-mail I have to make Bank Account verification. Ok no problem. They ask screenshot of personal online bank which contains IBAN, BIC and address. In Finland don't know make this screenshot online bank which contain address because have something new regulation for security. I called the bank and they said, but they know sending this paper by post. This is OK I wait this paper one week. Now I have this paper but when I send it Stelario support always sending back same email. If I ask something don't come nothing answer only always same email.
