Starzbet delaying INR3500 payment

I am a verified member at Starzbet casino and my previous withdrawal at the casino was processed in under an hour everytime.
I requested a withdrawal on July 21st and my withdrawal has been in pending since then. Every time I ask for update they tell me it will be processed in short time and payment has been pushed for acceleration.

Withdrawal has been declined repeatedly for the past 3 months

I am making this complaint because I have been trying to withdraw my money from Starzbet for around the last three months, but my withdrawals keep getting declined.

I have tried withdrawing several times, but instead of receiving my money, the requests are simply declined. My account history shows multiple declined withdrawals, including amounts of $145, $145, $134, $134 and $133, as well as a ₹12,700 withdrawal.

I have also made another withdrawal request for $185 on 22 August 2026, and it is currently still showing as “Processing.”

This has been going on for a long time and is becoming extremely frustrating. I have been patient and have given the casino enough time to resolve the issue, but I still haven’t received a proper solution or a clear explanation for why my withdrawals are being declined.

I am not trying to avoid any verification or casino requirements. If there is something I need to provide or complete before my withdrawal can be processed, I am happy to cooperate. I simply want a clear explanation and for my legitimate balance to be paid.

Ignores self exclusion request for weeks

This casino won't close my account despite my gambling addiction.

I've already sent five emails and contacted live chat multiple times, but my account still won't be closed.

Since my first request to close my account due to my gambling addiction, I've lost €180.

Please help me.

Delayed withdrawls ever since

I openned an account on the july 9th and deposited 10 euros as I normally do with new casinos. I was lucky and won 600 euros. The casino did not let me make a request to withdraw all and said that I can withdraw onl 200 . I requestd to withdraw 200 as instructd. I have been waiting to get paid since. The payment shows processing. I have been i contact with the support on daily basis, I have forwarded many complaint emails, no success. The support keeps repeating under review withot any explanation, or request for any documents.

I would appriciate if you could help me to resolve the issue.

Starzbet CasinoSelf Exclusion Request Ignored StarzBet

I requested a self exclusion to the site on 6th May 2026 and my request was completely ignored.

I have proceeded to lose $3600 and have sent multiple emails since and i am still no closer to getting any funds returned despite them failing on every single responsible gambling responsibility that they supposedly have.

I have ongoing complaints regarding this issue with other sites but i want to raise one here as i want future customers to know this business is not fit to hold a licence. I also want to increase the pressure on the business anyway that i can.

Just as a side note i did request self exclusion on their chat feature only to be told they couldnt manually close accounts and that my account would be treated as inactive after a certain period, fragrant violation of self exclussion rules and regulations.

I however do not have the original chat logs but i do have the follow up conversation that took place on the 9th.

I do not live in Japan i live in the UK, the only way i could make this complaint was via using a VPN.

If you need anything else please let me know, please help me hold this casino accountable and help me recover these funds.
