Stalling withdrawals


June I became a new customer and really enjoyed playing. Won over $450 and received an approval for the withdrawal and i immediately followed up with requested documents they stated have been received. I've since played again and won $200 with a rep stating it has been approved too. When i ask about when i will review my winnings since I've been waiting about 2 months the answer i got was "as soon as possible" and "i can't give you a time". Now my mom has passed away and i need these monies! Does it truly take all this just to get your winnings??? Help!

I'm pleased to tell you your payment was sent off to our processor on the 23rd--I would expect to see tracking on this no later than mid-week, this coming week. As soon as your tracking comes through, I'll be back to update this thread.
