Stalling $1898 payment for months
Back in October Royal Ace Casino approved a withdrawal and payout for $1898. We are now 2 months since this approved payout and I still have not received my Bank Wire. They have confirmed that they have all the documents they need to send my payout via Bank Wire.
I've been in contact with them many times on this issue and have heard nothing but excuses. The last time I was in contact with their customer support team I was told that he was escalating the payment immediately.Still nothing, last night I contacted them via chat and the the chat representative started the chat and then never replied to anything that I was asking him. The chat stayed open until I decided that after 10 minutes of asking him about my concerns, like I said he never responded so I shut it down. Not very good customer appreciation from this casino. Please help me in seeing that I receive my approved $1898 payout.
