I was playing on finlandiacasino 14e februari and i won 1250 euro. the 15e i get the usual mail about verify my account.. i send in what the asked for.. and got a reply that i needed to send in new picture on my Driving licens front and back. i did that and got a new email from them saying i need to send in a new bill i did that aswell and got a new reply that i still need to send in new proof of my adress and a face id.. i did send in 5 different bills and 5 picture of me holding my id.. and again they ask me for the same thing.. i send them again and they lock my account.. i ask them why and they say that they havent got the documents that they are asking for.. so they need documents of ID front/back , new bill , a bill with my ID on the same photo. and face ID.. they have asked me 8 or 9 times to send in the same documents.. and i have send in over 50 documents..
i have send them around 30 pictures with proof of adress 6-7 different bills , 10 face id , 8 pictures with my ID front/back and 2 with my ID on the same picture as a bill.. taken with my iphone 6+

they are just Stalling my payment.. i have send in all they ask for sevral times. and they still asking me for the same thing over and over again.. I can attach my email from and to Finandia but i dont wanna upload them public.

I have talked to Carl on the telephone yesterday and i have send in all documents from a iphone 6 , iphone 6+ and a iphone 7 and still not verifyed. and yesterday you asked me to take the photos with another phone and not Iphone.. so i now send in all documents again taken from a Samsung s7.. Still not solved

Solved! I got my winnings! they were verry helpful when i talked to them on the phone.
