Refusing to process payment or provide assistance
I played on Finlandia casino. made two deposits with bonus and lost. The third time I actually won and asked for a withdrawal. They asked for the usual verification documents, but every time I sent them all the documents it seemed like I am getting a response from a bot. Basically I kept getting the same answer that I have to send my documents.
Then I went abroad and totally forgot about it. When I came back to Sweden and tried to log in, I noticed they have blocked my account. Since then I tried to contact them through email but received no answer.
