My account at Finlandia Casino was blocked for no obvious reason. When I asked - through live chat - their customer support for clarification, they refused to tell me the reason. They only cited paragraph 2.8. in their T&C as grounds for blocking my account.
I'm astonished, as I had a good time playing at Finlandia Casino. I used their welcome bonus, wagered it and managed to win and withdraw a modest amount. I also sent the necessary KYC documents to them and everything seemed to be fine. Then, when I later on tried to log in again, the account was blocked.
I also noticed that my account at Vera & John Casino was blocked, too. Obviously because both casinos belong to the same company, Dumarca.
I am fully OK with the fact that casinos can choose their customers. And I wish all the best for Finlandia Casino in the future. I would only like to know the reason for the dismissal and is there anything to do to reopen my account.
