Stalling on withdrawal


Over 10 business days since the bank wire of $2500 minus the bonus was supposedly sent to my account. I keep getting "the check is in the mail" routine. There is absolutely no reason is should take this long for a withdrawal. They can't even follow their own guidelines.

I want to warn any other players out there not to play at this site. I have dropped thousands of dollars there and I will never play there or at any of their sister casinos again after the way customer support has blown me off.

Such a horrible all around experience.

Hi Justin--

I've checked into this and I see your payment was sent to our processor on May 16th and the processor notes show the payment was actually processed on the 23rd.

Can you please confirm if you've received the wire?
