Dear Ask Gamblers-Team
At the Casino moons I have 100.- on my account which I want withdraw.
But Casino Moons don't verify my documents, so I'm not able to Cashout.
I have send all the documents including my withdrawal details to security and to accounting on 25.4.17.
thereafter I have leave them lot of messages and also written that the live chat is not available. For response they told me to contact the agent via chat :).
I can't contact the agent via chat, it's no more available for me.
Can u please help me to withdraw my money?

Thank you for letting us know, we will investigate the chat issue on our end as well. In the meantime, we wanted to let you know your documents were approved, and that you can request the withdrawal at your earliest convenience.
Please keep in mind that depending on the preferred method of withdrawal, we will require additional information sent to accounting@casinomoons.com , for example if you choose an online wallet, we would need the id typed out in an email to our accounting department.

I have clear the cache and the cookies. I have also tried with Chrom etc. the live Chat is not working for your casino! For sample, bingo canada works, also powered by live chat!
I actually don't no why you tell me to go to chat. I have send you the documents today one more time, you got it now already 3rd time!!! that are the ticket numbers 5LR1R and TRD0I.
