I have been waiting for 35 days as per the casino's advice regarding my missing deposit. After this long wait, they are still uncertain and have vaguely mentioned that my deposit may not have been received.
I followed all their instructions, including:
- Providing my bank statement as proof.
- Offering to verify the statement via video call.
Despite my transaction being instantly successful, the money has not been refunded. Now, after 35 days, they are telling me to contact my bank, which I had already done earlier.
Additionally, they provided me with another support email for assistance, but no one is responding. The main support team has also stated that the case is out of their hands.
I kindly request the AskGamblers team to step in and help me recover my funds. Your support in this matter would be greatly appreciated.
