We'd like to iterate that approximately 15 days ago, we sent a message to the user outlining the procedures and documents needed for the account verification process. Unfortunately, the complainant did not respond or upload any documentation on their account.
Therefore, without completing the verification, we will be unable to provide any kind of assistance at this time.
Furthermore, we would like to request that if the user does not comply with the procedure, this complaint should be rejected.
