Summary of Events:
I was recently informed that my account(s) were suspended due to alleged multiple account usage.
Upon contacting support, I was told I could select one main account to continue playing on if I completed KYC levels 1–4 on that account. I complied fully and verified my main account.
Despite following these instructions, I have now been informed that both accounts are permanently banned.
I currently have $1,800 in my account (username: snoopdog1f) which I deposited and earned through gameplay.
I am now unable to access or withdraw these funds.
Why I believe this is unfair:
Support previously confirmed I could keep one account if I passed KYC verification, which I did.
My funds are from deposits and legitimate gameplay. They were not obtained through fraudulent means.
Eddie, representing Stake, has publicly stated that Stake does not withhold player funds — yet my funds remain inaccessible.
I am currently in a financially difficult situation, and this withholding has caused significant distress.
Dear all,
Following a careful review and consideration of all the information, details and/or proof presented by the parties during the complaint process, the AskGamblers Complaint Team reached the conclusion that Stake Casino management acted in accordance with their Terms and Conditions.
Based on the abovementioned information, the AskGamblers Complaint Team considers this case resolved and it is now officially closed. While we understand this might not be the outcome expected by the complainant, we would like to remind you that, in case of a disagreement with our decision, further assistance on the matter could be requested from the relevant regulatory body and/or appointed ADR entity.
Your own support team explicitly advised me that if I completed full KYC Levels 1–4 on my main account, I could continue using my other account (snoopdog1f). I complied with this requirement in good faith, expecting the matter to be resolved without forfeiture of my balance and everything was completed.
The $1,800 currently withheld was acquired entirely from my own deposits and legitimate play on the verified account, not from bonuses, promotions, or fraudulent means. There has been no allegation or evidence presented that these specific funds were illicitly obtained.
Even if there was a past breach of the “one account” rule, I took corrective action as instructed by Stake support. To permanently confiscate my legitimate balance after remediation is not proportionate and conflicts with general principles of fair treatment expected from licensed operators.
I again request the release of my $1,800 balance in account snoopdog1f
As you are already aware, your account was permanently restricted due to a breach of the Terms and Conditions that you accepted when you registered on Stake.com.
As stated in our Terms and Conditions, item 4.9: "Only one Stake Account per Player is allowed. Should you attempt or successfully open more than one Stake Account, under your own name or under any other name, or should you attempt or succeed in using the Website by means of any other person's Stake Account, Stake will be entitled to immediately close all your Stake Account(s), retain all monies in such Stake Accounts, and ban you from future use of the Website."
As a result, and in strict adherence to Clauses 4.19 and 4.21 of our Terms of Service, we have been compelled to permanently restrict access to your account and withhold the associated funds, as they were obtained in direct violation of our terms.
