I am writing to urgently request assistance with a problematic transaction. On 3rd March at 9:57 PM, I deposited an amount of ₹49,998.99 into my Stake account via UPI (Reference No.: 506229775798). While the amount was debited from my bank account, it was not credited to my Stake account. The transaction status remained pending for 7 days and then eventually showed as “failed.” However, to date, I have not received the funds in my Stake account, nor have they been refunded to my bank account.
I have attempted to contact support, but unfortunately, I have not received any help or resolution thus far.

The disputed transaction was remitted to an alternative recipient, and there was no fault in the casino's actions. The AskGamblers Complaint Team strongly advises you to contact your bank and request a chargeback.
Based on the abovementioned information, the AskGamblers Complaint Team decided to reject the case.
As communicated by our payments team, we have confirmed with our provider that the funds in question were not received on our end.
Given that we possess no record of this transaction being credited to our payment processor, we are unable to intervene or extend further support.

Request to AskGamblers: Please treat this as a high-priority complaint. Stake’s conduct violates fair gambling practices by withholding funds indefinitely. I urge you to escalate this and impose accountability measures (e.g., score penalties) until resolved.
I would like to inform you that I have already submitted the unlocked bank statement, along with the UPI transaction screenshot clearly mentioning the transaction ID.
