I hope you are doing well.

I am writing to urgently request assistance with a problematic transaction. On 3rd March at 9:57 PM, I deposited an amount of ₹49,998.99 into my Stake account via UPI (Reference No.: 506229775798). While the amount was debited from my bank account, it was not credited to my Stake account. The transaction status remained pending for 7 days and then eventually showed as “failed.” However, to date, I have not received the funds in my Stake account, nor have they been refunded to my bank account.

I have attempted to contact support, but unfortunately, I have not received any help or resolution thus far.

I am lodging a formal complaint against Stake Casino India for failing to resolve a critical transaction issue despite repeated escalations over two months. Below are the key details:

Dear Sir,

My Stake username is rajroshan316.

22 days ago, I placed a withdrawal of 6080 INR ID- 3547754387

and 5035 INR ID - 3547570749

Till now, they have not sent my withdrawal; they have always sent me the UTR of both payments, which have not come into my account.

I asked their support center, and they are not helping me, replying the same message again and again.

I sent an email to their payment team, but they are also not helping me. I am tired of live support and sending mail to them.

My humble request to you, sir, is to kindly look into this matter and help me to resolve it, please. I also sent them all the required details and my bank statement, but they are still not resolving my case.

My withdrawal transaction id is 3570746232. Withdrawal was made on 8th july. In stake support i was provided UTR number and receipt of transaction but payment hasn't reflected in my account. UTR number can be tracked by sender's bank account, not by me or my bank account.
I can insure that I haven't received payment. I am attaching my bank statement for your reference. I am also attaching receipt provided to me in stake support. I am also providing screenshot of stake withdrawal page so you can see other withdrawal being received in bank statement.
Please look into it this issue and solve the issue as soon as possible.

I am writing to request your assistance regarding two deposit transactions made to my Stake account. The payments were successfully debited from my bank account, but the funds have not been credited to my Stake balance.

My amount Is basically locked

⚠️ My experience with Stake support.

I initiated an INR withdrawal, which remained pending for approximately 28 days.

After the investigation, instead of completing the withdrawal, the funds were returned to my Stake account as INR.

The issue is that my account is already in Banking Disabled mode, meaning I cannot withdraw INR.

I contacted support and requested one of the following:

* Enable a one-time INR withdrawal, or

* Convert the returned INR balance to USDT so I could withdraw via crypto.

However, I was informed that they cannot enable INR withdrawals and also cannot convert the balance to cryptocurrency.

They know that my INR is blocked, then why the hell did they return my money In inr in my Stake wallet instead of crypto to simply just LOCK My money

As a result, my funds remain in my account, but I currently have no practical way to access them.

I hope Stake reviews this case and provides a fair solution because customers should not be left with funds that are effectively inaccessible.

If anyone from the Stake team can assist or escalate this matter, I would appreciate your help.

Deposit not received since 72 hours

> I am submitting this complaint against Stake Casino India regarding a deposit of INR 2,000 that has not been credited to my account even after more than 72 hours.

The payment amount was successfully debited from my bank account, but the deposit has still not been credited to my Stake account. I have contacted Stake support multiple times through email and submitted enquiries with all the required information and payment proof, yet the issue remains unresolved.

As evidence, I have attached proof showing that the payment was successfully sent for INR 1,999.56, which is the exact amount generated by Stake's payment system/barcode for this INR 2,000 deposit. I have also attached a screenshot of the system-generated payment barcode/QR page provided by Stake before payment was made, which clearly shows the same amount of INR 1,999.56. In addition, I have attached the payment receipt and transaction confirmation from my bank.

These documents clearly demonstrate that the payment was made exactly as instructed by Stake's payment system and that the funds were successfully transferred.

Despite providing all of this evidence, Stake closed my enquiry and advised me to request a chargeback from my bank. However, this is not a practical solution, as chargebacks or payment disputes can only be initiated within a limited period after the transaction as per RBI'S guidelines. More than 72 hours have already passed, and no chargeback or refund can now be issued through my bank.

I have made every reasonable effort to resolve this matter directly with Stake, but I have not received any meaningful assistance or resolution. As a result, I am left with no option but to seek help from the AskGamblers Complaint Service.

I respectfully request that AskGamblers investigate this matter and assist in ensuring that my deposit is either credited to my Stake account or refunded in full.

I am requesting your assistance regarding an unpaid withdrawal from Stake Casino India.

I submitted a withdrawal request for INR 8,075 on 4 June 2026, but I have still not received the funds. I have contacted the casino's support multiple times and complied with all their requests, yet the issue remains unresolved.

I have exhausted all available options with the casino and possess complete evidence, including withdrawal records, transaction history, and communication with support.

I have even added screenshot response from bank saying they don't have record of the UTR provided by stake.

Also, You can see my previous withdrawal of 5700 which shows in my bank statement but not the 8075.
