Stake Casino - Unresolved deposit issue with Stake 5000 inr not refunded

I am seeking assistance with an unresolved issue regarding a deposit to my Stake account. On May 22, 2024, at 6:20 PM, I deposited 5,000 INR into my Stake account. Although the money was debited from my bank account, the transaction status on Stake shows as failed. It has been five days now, and I have yet to receive a refund.
I have contacted the Stake support team multiple times, providing all necessary proof, including transaction screenshots and UPI ID details. Despite this, I continue to receive the same automated response:
"Due to an overwhelming amount of inquiries, we're not able to get back to you right away. In the meantime, please check some of the following points if they relate to your query:"
Here are the details of the transaction:
- Unique Reference ID: 414318516459
- Stake Payment ID: 1918174982
- Username on Stake: < username removed >
Despite my repeated attempts and the submission of all relevant documentation, I have not received any assistance from the support team.
Additionally, I encountered an error while trying to upload the necessary proof files (pdf, jpg, png) to AskGamblers. The error message stated: "Upload error. Only the following characters are supported: lower case & upper case letters, numbers, '_' and '-'."
