What happened:
I placed two bets on LA Clippers with Stake.com. The first was for 1.1 ETH at 1.81x odds and the second was for 4,000 USDT at 1.89x odds.
Despite meeting all verification requests and submitting all required documents, my account was eventually locked and my funds withheld without any clear explanation.
The support responses have been nothing but canned messages referring to vague breaches of their Terms of Service.
I suspect that these actions are a deliberate attempt to withhold my funds and avoid processing a rightful withdrawal.
Despite providing all requested documentation, including clear proof of payment, bank statements, and utility bills, which should be more than sufficient to verify my identity and account activity, my account was arbitrarily closed with vague accusations of fraud.
It is deeply troubling that after supplying all this information, they still choose to accuse me of fraudulent behavior when, in reality, they have enough data to process my withdrawal and refund my funds.
The support team continues to rely on generic responses and refuses to offer any specific evidence or detailed explanations.
My funds remain withheld without valid justification.

I have received nothing but a stonewall from Stake.
I want to hear why they claim my ID is invalid, in the public space. Anything they have to say can be handled here, in public, for all to see.
I made 2 bets, 2. On very reputable teams with integrity. So why the heck am I being treated like this?
As far as I am concerned, Stake are stealing from sportsbet users.
