Stake is scamming me and holding my 3086 USDT hostage with impossible demands
I am writing this complaint in absolute desperation and frustration. I have been a loyal player on Stake.com for over 2 years, trusting them with my funds. But now I feel I am being completely scammed and mentally harassed by their support team.
They have suddenly suspended my account and blocked my withdrawals, trapping my hard-earned balance of 3086 USDT. I have done absolutely everything they asked to prove my identity and source of funds.
I have provided
My Passport and Selfie
Bank Statements and Reference Letters
Official Salary Slips (my only source of income)
I even successfully verified my ID via the "Veriff" link they sent to my email.
My account is verified to Level 3. But now, for Level 4, they are playing games with me. They are demanding a "certified annual tax document." I have told them a thousand times I am a salaried employee. My tax is deducted directly by my company. I do not file the specific document they are asking for. It is impossible for me to provide a document that doesn't exist for me.
I have already sent my official payslips, which clearly show my income and tax deductions. This is 100% valid proof.
I believe Stake.com is intentionally requesting impossible documentation to stall the process and avoid paying out my balance of
3086 USDT. I have provided my Real proof of my identity and income source. now Its completely impossible for me to send documents for 'other' sources of income because my job is my only source of income. I have already sent them my salary slips and bank statements to prove this. They are simply using this request as a weapon to keep my 3086 USDT. They are blackmailing me. This is robbery and mental torture
