When I started on Stake, they were promoting their VIP perks to incentivize people to deposit and wager more.
Two of those perks were receiving a VIP host and permanent reloads ("will forever be available even if you don't play anymore" - see attached file)
I was wagering large amounts and losing a lot of money solely to receive these perks.
Some time near the end of 2021 these bonuses were removed from my account without any notice. I contacted support on their website and via Telegram to no avail. I also emailed their compliance team in February but never received a reply or explanation as to why they did this to me.
I believe this to be major false advertisement, luring people in with fake bonuses just so they lose their money with nothing in return. Had I known this beforehand, I would have never used their services in the first place and opted for a better casino that can keep their word.
I'm looking to receive 50% of all house edge collected on my account, amounting to approximately $4000 due to blatant false advertisement. Another option would be to reinstate my permanent bonuses as well as receive the bonuses I would have received after the removal til the moment the bonuses are reinstated, but I believe this would be a higher amount and I do not have the resources to calculate it.
The pictures I've attached are straight off their website at the time of receiving these bonuses. Neither of these bonuses are currently available for my account.

I didn't meet the requirements to receive the bonus? There was one requirement - reach platinum one rank. That's as simple as it gets.
I was never told i was "abusing" bonuses that can't be abused, this was only told to askgamblers to try to lie yourself out of this.
AskGamblers, please note that bonuses on Stake work in a way where they send you a link to claim the bonus, and you get money that you are free to spend as you please, with no wager requirements.
Stake sends these bonuses themselves, which means they check the requirements themselves, there is no criteria to fulfil after receiving these bonuses, no strings attached.
How is it even possible to abuse a bonus like that?
In the first place, we would like to inform you that the player's account is already blocked, so it will not be possible for the player to claim any bonus.
Refering specifically to the player complaint, we would like to note that the player was under suspicion of bonus abuse in the past, which is why he could not claim any bonus. After closing the bonus abuse investigation, we removed the the player "banne" to claim bonus. However, the player did not comply with the bonus requirements, and consequently did not have any bonus to claim.
Accordingly, it is not true that Stake VIP Benefits are measleading. The player did not got the bonus, since the same did not fullfil the requirements to earn them. This also explained on the evidence shown by the player on the conversation he had with our support team.
