I withdrew 49999 rupees on date 13/05/2024 , my withdrawal showed successful but still not been received in my bank account,
Please stake casino help me, give me my money or reverse my 49999 in my bank account.
On 13th May 2024, I withdrew ₹49,999 from http://stake.com/ at 10:24 AM. However, I have not received the amount in my account yet. I have already sent my bank statement via email regarding the issue. I am confident that you will look into this matter promptly and resolve.

During the complaint process, it appeared that the withdrawal was paid before the complaint was submitted, and the disputed amount was received a few days later due to technical issues. Therefore, we have decided to Reject the complaint.
AskGamblers Complaint Team is using this occasion to recommend to the player that further assistance on the matter could be requested from the relevant regulatory body and/or appointed ADR entity.
We need to emphasize a couple of important points regarding this case.
Firstly, the user has successfully changed his email. It is important to clarify that we do not initiate email changes on behalf of users; such requests must be made by the player themselves.
Secondly, the user contacted our Payments Team yesterday, approximately ten days after our initial request, and provided the necessary bank statement. As stated in our response, this transaction was successfully completed with the UTR number 412920835411. The bank statement furnished by the user clearly shows that the transaction was credited to his account on May 8th (as indicated on page 02 of the document). Furthermore, as previously mentioned to him, due to technical issues, the status of this transaction was updated on May 13th.
We trust that these additional information will bring closure to this case.
