I was told to wait until 3 working days have passed before contacting the payments team again. So I waited patiently. After 3 working days when I contacted them, they started saying they haven't got an update from the payment provider regarding my withdrawal and asked me to wait further.
And now When I contacted them via live chat, they told me that they don't have any update and they can't do anything and I have to just wait.
I used to love playing on stake but now i despise my experience there. It has become a fraud casino now with such a poor support staff that literally does nothing to assist the players. They are full of arrogance and are totally unprofessional who seems to not give a damn about players and their assistance.
I will urge everyone to stop playing on this shifty website and switch to a better casino. It will save you lot of time and efforts to get your wothdrawal processed. Never seen such shameful casino staff.
