I have placed a withdrawal on 19 July 2025 around 1:40 pm the amount was 15,800 and after fee deduction I was getting 15,010. It's been 21 days now and I haven't received the funds in my account. I contacted bank also and they also confirmed no such amount has been credited to my account, requesting you to please look into it, as live support is of no use for this. I also tried contacting the Stake finance team but they are not supporting me at all. Below I am attaching the latest bank statement from the day withdrawal was placed and also the receipt that stake has shared with me.

But I am really really disappointed and got mentally pain from the Stake team, as for returning me my money I have to mail them approx 100 times, and after all this efforts I got my money back, a big -ve to Stake. And a big thanks to Ask Gamblers team.
After reviewing your communication with our payment team, we can confirm that you attempted to use a third-party account to process your withdrawal.
It is important to note that this is a breach of our Terms and Conditions, as all financial transactions must be conducted using a bank account under your own name.
Taking this into consideration, and as you are already aware, your account has been permanently restricted from accessing FIAT-related services.
As mentioned previously, the transaction in question was reversed, and the amount returned to your Stake account. Subsequently, you were allowed to withdraw all the funds, which you have already done.
