Withdrawal not reached to bank account for 18000 INR and also my deposit of 800INR

I am writing to file a formal complaint against Stake regarding my recent withdrawal transactions. Despite the status showing as successful on the Stake platform, I have yet to receive the funds in my bank account. I have attempted to reach out to Stake's customer support multiple times, but unfortunately, I have not received any response.
I have made a withdrawal of rs 18000 on 21th july but it still not received to my bank account.
I waited for 3 business days and also reached to support.
But yet not received the amount to my bank account.

I have also attached my latest bank statement, which clearly shows that these amounts have not been credited to my account. This situation is causing me significant inconvenience, and I am seeking immediate assistance to resolve this matter.
I urge AskGamblers to intervene and help expedite the resolution of this issue. It is crucial for me to have these funds credited to my bank account as soon as possible.
Also, I completed a transaction of INR 800 successfully yesterday via UPI. It's still not credited to my gaming account.
