Urgent complaint regarding incorrect deposit
Dear Stake Support Team,
I am writing to file a complaint regarding an issue with a deposit made to my Stake account on 29th March 2025.
At that time, Stake was using a third-party payment provider for processing deposits. I attempted to deposit ₹48,300 through Stake.bet and was redirected to a third-party payment link. A QR code was displayed, but I was unable to scan it.
As an alternative, I used the UPI ID provided below the QR code and made the payment manually. However, by mistake, I transferred ₹38,300 instead of ₹48,300.

I respectfully request that this matter be looked into urgently and that the deposit be either credited to my Stake account or refunded to my original payment method.
