I am unable to login to my stake account nor able to reset my password.
I have tried resetting password several times but i have not received the reset password link and whenever i received the reset link, i am failing to reset my password as the page shows expired.
I have tried contacting Live chat but they dont respond me on chat and sometimes i receive is bot response and there is no option for me to chat with the live agent without being able to login to my account.
I currently have an account balance of 60,356 INR worth 705 USDT.
My registered email with STAKE CASINO was temporarily hacked and the hacker tried accessing my funds in my stake account by trying to upload unknown documents and withdraw my funds but luckily i managed to inform stake about this activity on time.
I am now requesting Askgamblers & Stake Casino India to help me access my Stake account as i have recovered my email ID permanently.
I am available to provide you with all original documents you need from my side also i am available for a live video call verification if required for security purposes.

Following a careful review and consideration of all the information, details and/or proof presented by the parties during the complaint process, the AskGamblers Complaint Team reached the conclusion that Stake Casino India management acted in accordance with their Terms and Conditions.
Based on the abovementioned information, the AskGamblers Complaint Team considers this case resolved and it is now officially closed. While we understand this might not be the outcome expected by the complainant, we would like to remind you that, in case of a disagreement with our decision, further assistance on the matter could be requested from the relevant regulatory body and/or appointed ADR entity.

How is Stake Caisno allowed to not return me back my funds ?
I believe a casino company does not have the rights to hold my funds with them just because my Registered email was hacked temporarily.
It is totally not legal for a gambling site to hold customers funds.
I am available to provide the Casino with all original documents you need from my side also i am available for a live video call verification if required for security purposes.
