deposited money(rs 1550) on 31st December, money sent from my account but transaction failed on the website. Unable to escalate transaction as well.

Unable to reach anyone from live support and they have discontinued their email service as well.
Also the AI said i will be able to escalate after 24 hours but its been more than 48 hours
