The payment provider confirmed that the funds have not reached them. As we do not have any record of this transaction reaching our payment provider, we are unable to intervene or provide further assistance from our side.
We advised that you contact your bank directly. Your bank will be able to trace the transaction and provide information on its status or initiate a refund request, if appropriate.
Furthermore, we have sent an email to your registered Stake account address detailing the procedures to follow if, after contacting your bank, you still claim the refund was not received.
