Stucked withdrawal from stake
I am writing this complaint regarding a withdrawal issue from Stake that has been unresolved for more than 10 days.
I requested a withdrawal of ₹24,107.53, and the transaction was marked as “successful” by the platform. I was also provided with a payment voucher and a UTR number as proof of the transaction. However, despite the status showing completed, I have not received the funds in my bank account to this day.
I contacted my bank, ICICI Bank, and provided them with the UTR number for verification. The bank clearly informed me that they are unable to trace any such transaction in their system. This confirms that the funds have not reached the banking network and were never credited to my account.
I have already submitted all required documents to Stake, including my official bank statement in PDF format showing my account details and transaction history. Their support team initially requested documents, and after submission, my case was forwarded to their finance team for review.
However, after waiting for several days, I received a response stating that the withdrawal was completed successfully, which directly contradicts the confirmation from my bank. I have since replied to them requesting proper proof of transaction or a reversal of funds, but I have not received any response.
This situation is extremely frustrating, as I have been waiting for my own funds for over 10 days with no resolution. I request AskGamblers to intervene in this matter and assist in resolving this issue.
I kindly request Stake to either provide verifiable proof that the funds were successfully credited to my bank account or immediately reverse the amount back to my Stake account.
