I deposited inr 2,000 and inr 2,500 on 15th feb 2026 and today is 26th march. I haven't got my money credited into my account. I tried contacting support. They told me to escalate the process. I provided UTR number and payment screenshot but still the money is not credited. UTR (Unique Transaction Reference) - 397335205135 and Enquiry ID Js5Lx072V4Z_T7b_ for amount inr 2500 and the UTR (Unique Transaction Reference) 200179942664 Enquiry ID axFu0XDWDqYHhuOd for inr 2000. Kindly look into this as it's more than a month.

As previously explained, since the transactions were not completed, we kindly ask you to review your bank statement to verify whether the amounts have already been reversed to your account. We also recommend contacting your bank or payment provider directly to confirm the current status of the transactions.

If the funds have not yet been returned, you may need to initiate a refund or reversal request through your financial institution.

Additionally, as these transactions are subject to local banking regulations in India, we advise you to refer your bank to the applicable RBI guidelines so the matter can be escalated to the appropriate department for further investigation.

I am not satisfied with the response provided.

The transactions in question were successfully debited from my bank account, and valid UTR numbers have already been shared. As per standard payment systems, UTR-based transactions are fully traceable across the banking network.

As stake is not legal in india. so it will be difficult for me to get help from bank and rbi.

Given this, I request you to re-check the transactions with your payment provider and provide a detailed reconciliation from your end. Simply stating that funds were not received is not sufficient without proper verification.

Please note that if the transaction is found to have reached your payment gateway or associated merchant account, I will expect immediate credit or refund of the amount.

Kindly escalate this internally and provide a definitive resolution at the earliest, as this matter has already been pending for over a month.

As communicated through the relevant escalation tickets, the payment provider has investigated both transactions you mentioned (ID 328****750 and 328****818) and concluded that the funds have not been received. As we do not have any record of these transactions reaching our payment provider, we are unable to intervene or provide further assistance from our side.

In order to resolve this, we advise that you contact your bank directly. Your bank will be able to trace the transactions and provide information on their status or initiate a refund request, if appropriate. In case your bank is unable to assist, please refer the bank to the RBI's guidelines so the matter can be escalated to the appropriate department.

Delayed Stake Withdrawal

Dear AskGamblers Team,

I am filing this official complaint against Stake Casino regarding a severe delay in my withdrawal request, which has been pending since 16th May 2026.

I am an Affiliate Partner for Stake and have actively promoted their platform, bringing in multiple players and revenue. However, my own legitimate payout is being withheld without any valid justification.

Two weeks ago, Stake Support requested additional verification documents, including my personal bank statements. I fully cooperated and submitted all clean, authentic proofs immediately. There is absolutely nothing pending or unverified from my side.

Despite this, my funds have been stuck for over 14 days. Whenever I contact their Live Chat, they tell me to check my email. Whenever I email them, I receive generic, automated responses asking me to 'patiently wait' due to 'INR payment provider reviews.' Fourteen days is an completely unacceptable timeframe for an intermediary payment check, especially when I am facing a real-life financial emergency.

Furthermore, when I posted my honest experience on Trustpilot, Stake reported and got my review removed to suppress this issue.

Since they refuse to provide a concrete timeline or transparent update through their direct channels, I am forced to bring this matter to AskGamblers. I request Stake Management to escalate this ticket to their Senior Finance/Compliance Head, clear the intermediary hold, and release my funds immediately. I have attached screenshots of the pending transaction, my submitted documents, and their repetitive support responses as proof."

Complaint Details

I am submitting this complaint again under the correct casino name (Stake Casino India) as my previous complaint was rejected due to incorrect selection.


I am facing an unresolved withdrawal issue of 20,187 initiated on 11th May (Transaction ID 3463972891) which has still not been credited to my bank account.


My bank (SBI) has clearly confirmed that no such transaction has been received. Despite multiple follow-ups, Stake has failed to provide a valid UTR/reference number that would allow the bank to trace the transaction.


Instead of addressing the missing payment, their support team keeps repeating the same template responses regarding bank statement requirements. However, SBI statements are always password-protected by default, and removing the password results in the document being considered edited, which they also reject.


This creates an impossible situation where I am unable to provide a document that meets their criteria.


I have also offered to provide a signed and stamped bank statement from the branch to ensure authenticity, but this has not been properly acknowledged.


I have fully cooperated with all requests, yet my issue remains unresolved.


I kindly request AskGamblers to intervene and help resolve this matter by ensuring that Stake either


1. Provides a valid UTR reference number for the transaction, OR

2. Re processes the withdrawal amount immediately

20000 INR deposit not credited after 28 days payment debited and still pending
I am filing a complaint against Stake regarding a deposit that has not been credited to my account despite being successfully debited from my bank account.

Deposit Details:

- Amount: 20,000 INR
- Date: 3rd April 2026
- Time: 09: 19PM
- UTR: 699940471339

The amount was successfully debited from my bank account (₹19,999.88 processed via UPI), and the transaction was completed at 09:20 PM. However, the deposit is still not credited to my Stake account and remains in "pending" status.

It has now been more than 28 days, standard processing time for deposits is usually a few hours to a maximum of 3 days.

Platform Discrepancy Issue:
While making the deposit, there is a clear mismatch in the amount processed and displayed:

- Intended deposit: ₹20,000
- Processed amount: ₹19,999.88

This indicates a possible issue with Stake’s payment system or their Indian payment provider, which may be causing such delays and discrepancies.

Support Response:
I have sent multiple emails and raised an escalation on 4th April 2026 at 09:22 PM. However, I have not received any proper resolution.

The only response I receive is that the issue is with their third-party payment provider and that I should keep waiting. No proper timeline or resolution has been provided.

This is unacceptable because:

- The funds have already been debited from my bank account
- The deposit is still not credited after 28+ days
- Stake continues to delay resolution by shifting responsibility to a third-party provider
- There is a visible discrepancy in transaction amount
