Rs 9999 Stuck Deposit not credited in Stake Wallet even after 3rd Day
Details of the Issue:
Deposit Amount: ₹4999 & 5000
Despite the payment being successfully deducted from my bank account, the amount is still not reflected in my Stake wallet.
I have waited for more than the usual processing window, but the issue remains unresolved.
I request you to please verify the transaction and credit the amount at the earliest or provide clarity on the reason for the delay.
Kindly treat this as urgent, as the funds have already been debited on my end.

Following a careful review and consideration of all the information, details, and proof presented by the parties during the complaint process, the AskGamblers Complaint Team has reached the conclusion that the disputed amount never successfully reached the casino's payment provider. Consequently, the casino has no means to track or recover the aforementioned funds. We strongly advise the player to seek further assistance directly with their bank or financial institution. Based on this confirmation, the AskGamblers Complaint Team considers this case resolved, and it is now officially closed. While we understand this may not be the outcome expected by the complainant, we would like to remind you that, in case of a disagreement with our decision, further assistance on the matter could be requested from the relevant regulatory body and/or appointed Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) entity.

As communicated through the relevant escalation tickets, the payment provider has investigated both transactions you mentioned (ID 326****763 and 326****284) and concluded that the funds have not been received. As we do not have any record of these transactions reaching our payment provider, we are unable to intervene or provide further assistance from our side.
In order to resolve this, we advise that you contact your bank directly. Your bank will be able to trace the transactions and provide information on their status or initiate a refund request, if appropriate. In case your bank is unable to assist, please refer the bank to the RBI's guidelines so the matter can be escalated to the appropriate department.

Please see the attached proof of payment, both payments were successfully sent and never reversed. I checked with bank as well, they confirmed, since these are successful transaction, they can not be reversed back to my account. Please check my attached bank statement as well.
If you still want to do the fraud with me then its up to you guys, i am really disappointed from your baseless response.
Please dare to share the account statement for Bittu Kumar & Rebati Ranjan As well for their respective accounts as shared in the attached screenshot. Next time, i will share the screenshots of the payment proof as public so all public can see , how you are fooling people.
I am still hopeful, that you will take quick action and get this resolved.
There is no update, but i see deposit slip status shows cancelled, however they query status still show reviewing , which is same from last 6 days...
I would request you to please check and help here. So my issue can be sorted, I mean, why it's so difficult for them to verify my payment and credit, i sent the money on their portal to QR Code, so not sure, why are they taking time to get this issue sorted.
