I am writing to report an issue regarding a deposit that has not been credited to my Stake wallet even after Four days.

Details of the Issue:

Deposit Amount: ₹4999 & 5000

Despite the payment being successfully deducted from my bank account, the amount is still not reflected in my Stake wallet.

I have waited for more than the usual processing window, but the issue remains unresolved.
I request you to please verify the transaction and credit the amount at the earliest or provide clarity on the reason for the delay.

Kindly treat this as urgent, as the funds have already been debited on my end.
Looking forward to a prompt resolution.

Thank you for your patience during this time.

As communicated through the relevant escalation tickets, the payment provider has investigated both transactions you mentioned (ID 326****763 and 326****284) and concluded that the funds have not been received. As we do not have any record of these transactions reaching our payment provider, we are unable to intervene or provide further assistance from our side.

In order to resolve this, we advise that you contact your bank directly. Your bank will be able to trace the transactions and provide information on their status or initiate a refund request, if appropriate. In case your bank is unable to assist, please refer the bank to the RBI's guidelines so the matter can be escalated to the appropriate department.

Hi Team,

Please see the attached proof of payment, both payments were successfully sent and never reversed. I checked with bank as well, they confirmed, since these are successful transaction, they can not be reversed back to my account. Please check my attached bank statement as well.

If you still want to do the fraud with me then its up to you guys, i am really disappointed from your baseless response.

Please dare to share the account statement for Bittu Kumar & Rebati Ranjan As well for their respective accounts as shared in the attached screenshot. Next time, i will share the screenshots of the payment proof as public so all public can see , how you are fooling people.

I am still hopeful, that you will take quick action and get this resolved.

Hi Team,

There is no update, but i see deposit slip status shows cancelled, however they query status still show reviewing , which is same from last 6 days...
I would request you to please check and help here. So my issue can be sorted, I mean, why it's so difficult for them to verify my payment and credit, i sent the money on their portal to QR Code, so not sure, why are they taking time to get this issue sorted.

39900 Withdrawal Not Received Despite UTR

I am filing a complaint regarding a ₹39,900 INR withdrawal from Stake dated 03/09/2026.

Stake marked the withdrawal as successfully processed and provided me with a payment voucher containing UTR 601572987784.

However, I contacted my beneficiary bank, State Bank of India (SBI), and they confirmed that no ₹39,900 payment was received or credited to my account and that the transaction could not be traced using the provided UTR.

I have contacted Stake support and, as instructed, emailed their Payments team at [[email protected]](mailto:[email protected]) with my bank statement and the payment voucher. However, the withdrawal remains unresolved.

I am requesting that Stake investigate the UTR with its payment provider and either provide verifiable proof that the funds were actually credited to my SBI account or return/reprocess the ₹39,900 withdrawal.

I have attached the relevant withdrawal receipt, payment voucher, bank statement, and communication with Stake as evidence.

Transaction was made at 4:51 PM 7/21/2026 now it's been nearly one and half month but inquiry is still in reviewing process. I have contacted support team but only reply I get is escalation process is in review we don't have any access to it, so can wait and they don't know when there is going to be any update or even where process has reached. Inquiry team doesn't even know why it's taking this much time they said review process has been sent to our team only they can have any update.

Verified account locked in banking disabled mode with 13014 INR balance

My account on Stake is fully verified

The platform has placed my account into 'banking disabled mode' due to their third-party payment provider restrictions in India.

I have a legitimate remaining cash balance of 13,000 INR. Internal live support has refused to help me withdraw my funds, stating, 'there is nothing we can do on our end,' and closing my tickets when I ask for a supervisor.

Under Stake's regulatory framework, a technical breakdown of an automated payment gateway does not give the operator the right to permanently trap or forfeit a verified player's money.

Since automated INR withdrawals are offline, I am requesting that a Stake corporate manager manually settle my 13,000 INR balance. I will accept a manual bank payout via IMPS or a backend conversion into Litecoin (ltc) or USDT credited to my account so I can withdraw.

All identity and address verifications are already fully approved on my profile

Stake marked my withdrawal as 'Successful' but the funds never arrived in my bank. I provided my bank statement as proof.

Support stated they are 'checking with the payment provider' and have completely ignored my emails for 4 days without providing a UTR number or Ticket ID not resolved and not responding, completely ignoring.

19998 UPI deposit not credited despite beneficiary bank confirming credit

I am filing this complaint regarding a UPI deposit of ₹19,997.98 made to Stake on 7 June 2026. The amount was successfully debited from my bank account, but it was not credited to my Stake wallet.

I contacted Stake Finance regarding this issue. Stake initially stated that they had not received the payment and advised me to contact my bank.

I subsequently contacted my bank and requested an investigation. My bank contacted the beneficiary bank regarding the transaction. According to the information provided by my bank, the chargeback request was rejected because the beneficiary bank confirmed that the beneficiary account had been credited manually after reconciliation.

Therefore, there is a discrepancy between Stake’s statement that the funds were not received and the information provided by the banking side that the beneficiary account was credited after reconciliation.

I have already provided the transaction details and followed the instructions given by Stake, but the issue remains unresolved.

My request is that Stake investigate this transaction with its payment provider/reconciliation team using the UTR 652400504495 and either credit ₹19,997.98 to my Stake account or provide clear evidence showing where the funds were ultimately credited.

I am attaching the relevant email correspondence and banking evidence supporting my claim.

I kindly request AskGamblers to assist in mediating this unresolved payment dispute.

Bank mode is disabled

At first I withdrew my money amount 49000, 17000, 20000 etc all the others amount credited to my bank but 49000 didn't when I complained to live support they told me payment provider has paid me and told me to contact there payment team through email and I did. They told me they will check and they also said they have disabled my banking mode. And today I checked my stake account 49000 inr was returned to my stake account I was shocked and happy but when I tried to withdraw it it said I cannot withdraw my money nor I can play with it so I asked live support they said they have nothing to do with it.. Stake Withdrawal is not received INR

Hey Stake Team and Askgamblers Team.

I made a withdrawal on 22/07/2026

And yet I haven't received it in my bank or had it refunded back to my stake account.

Stake live support shared with UTR number told me to contact with bank and I did. I visited my banking branch and shared the UTR number provided my stake support. Bank staff clearly told me to contact sender as they haven't no payment received with this UTR/refference number.

After that stake asked me to share my bank statements to payment stake email. And since then almost a week has passed and I see no update and no response from stake payment email.

I'm really worried about my money now. I have never faced this type of problem with stake ever despite a old stake user.

I'm requesting stake team and Askgamblers Team to solve my issue. Tell your payment provider to process my withdrawal or refund the balance to my stake account.

Hi, I have withdrawn 19080 INR on 23 July 2026. The withdrawal id is 3596588138. I have still not received the funds in my account. Please help me get back my funds. I have attached my account statement too. I have complained on their complaint portal too but I have not received an appropriate resolution.

Deposited money 20k not received

Deposit of 20,000 INR was made Transaction ID: 3593646371 and I sent payment through Upi and money was sent to payment provider but my account didn't credit. I was told to wait 24 hours after that I placed inquiry in which they say that we didn't receive any money and they told me to contact my bank for reversal. But thing is my bank says money has been sent successfully and if there is any issue its on receiving end. I can provide all details of transaction like UTR, bank statement. Stake isn't helping they again and again say only one thing to get reversal from your bank. Password for Bank Statement is 3441000100057357.

Money debited from account but not credited in Stake Account

On 21st July,2026 at approximately 1.27 PM, I deposited ₹20000 to my Stake account via UPI/Paytm.

- The transaction was confirmed successful on Paytm/my bank, with UTR number [620237674083].

- When I entered this UTR number on Stake's platform to verify the deposit, it showed "Payment Verified Successfully."

- Despite this, the amount has not been credited to my Stake account balance.

I am attaching the following evidence:

Since the payment has been independently confirmed as successful by my bank/Paytm and verified by Stake's own system, I am requesting that AskGamblers help facilitate either:
