I am writing to request your assistance regarding two deposit transactions made to my Stake account. The payments were successfully debited from my bank account, but the funds have not been credited to my Stake balance.
I have already contacted Stake Support and provided the necessary information, but the issue remains unresolved. I would greatly appreciate your assistance in reviewing this case and helping me reach a fair resolution.
I have proof of payment and can provide bank statements, payment screenshots, or any other supporting documents if required.
