It has been 7 Days and I have not received any update despite raising this issue on Stake iOS App via Escalation report on support -- I am very concerned as the funds have already left my wallet, and there has been no resolution or communication from your side.
Please escalate this matter to your technical team immediately. I would appreciate a prompt response and confirmation that my deposit will be credited./

Also this is not a ideal scenario that one has to jump through so many hoops to get to you guys just to respond after 2 days -- I expect smoother processing in the future, especially when it comes to handling deposits promptly. The iOS Stake App (support : Especially for new user is a headache) One cant even reach out via Email as Email support is not used anymore.
