On 10th June 2025, I made a deposit of ₹6000 (INR) to my Stake account

I am writing to raise a complaint regarding a deposit issue on Stake Casino India.
On 10th June 2025, I made a deposit of ₹6000 (INR) to my Stake account using UPI. The transaction was **successful** on my bank's side, and the amount was debited immediately.
However, on Stake Casino India, the deposit was initially marked as **"Pending"**, and a few days later it turned to **"Failed"**. Since then, the amount has **neither been credited** to my Stake account, **nor refunded** to my bank account.
Here are the relevant details:

- **Bank Status:** Successful (confirmed by bank statement)
I have tried reaching out to Stake support multiple times through live chat and Twitter, but have **not received any response or resolution**. It has now been over 10 days, and I am still waiting for either the deposit to be credited or the amount to be refunded.
This issue has caused significant inconvenience and loss of trust. I request Stake Casino India to urgently investigate this matter and resolve it as soon as possible.
