I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding an unresolved issue with my Stake Casino India account. A sum of ₹1,075 has been not credited in my account for over a month now, and despite waiting patiently, I have not received any resolution or refund.

This delay is unacceptable, and I kindly request that this issue be investigated immediately and the pending amount be refunded or credited to my account without further delay.
Please treat this matter with urgency. If I do not receive a response or resolution within the next 7 business days, I will be compelled to escalate the issue to the appropriate consumer protection or financial authorities in India.
