INR Withdrawals Not Received and No Clear Reversal Update
I am facing an INR withdrawal issue with Stake that is still not resolved.

Withdrawal Details:
1. ₹11,100 – Transaction ID: 3439167193
2. ₹10,000 – Transaction ID: 3439127391
Both withdrawals were made on 29 April 2026 and marked as “Successful” on Stake, but I never received the funds in my bank account.
Later, I realized that I accidentally entered my Aadhaar number instead of my bank account number while making the withdrawals.
I contacted my bank, and they confirmed that no such transactions were received. I also checked the entered details separately, and it seems no valid bank account exists with those details. My bank told me that in such cases the funds are usually refunded back to the sender.
I already contacted Stake support and the payments team and submitted the bank statements they requested. However, several days have passed and I still have not received my balance back or any proper update regarding the reversal process.
I have never faced this type of issue on Stake before, so I genuinely do not know how long this process normally takes.
I am simply requesting that the withdrawal amounts be reversed back to my Stake account since the funds were never received in any valid bank account.
I kindly request AskGamblers to help me get a proper update and resolution from Stake.
